Sgt. Jim Gagliardi brought several years of public safety
experience with him having been a paramedic for 12 years
prior to joining the Mt. Morris Township Police Department.
Jim was assigned to the patrol division for several years, specializing
in commercial vehicle enforcement for several years during his time
in patrol, until he transferred into the detective bureau. Jim broadened
his experience by investigating property crimes, fraud and homicides
and was eventually promoted to Sergeant. Sgt. Gagliardi supervises
the night shift patrol and was selected as the team leader of the
newly formed Crisis Intervention Team (C.I.T.).
